Submission Guidelines
Submission Instructions
- English is the official language: All submissions must be written in English.
- Full Paper required: Complete papers are necessary for publication.
- Abstract for presentation: Abstracts are required for presentation purposes only.
- Original work: Papers must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Presentation & Attendance: Authors of accepted papers must prepare presentations (onsite or poster) and at least one author must register and attend.

Publication Information
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by 2-3 experts. Acceptance based on quality and satisfactory revisions.
Indexing EI Compendex & Scopus
Accepted papers after proper registration & presentation will be submitted for indexing in major databases.

Academic Integrity
Moral code & ethical policy: honesty, rigor, avoidance of plagiarism, high standards.
Violations grant the review committee authority to reject a paper outright. If plagiarism or high repetition rate is identified later, the publisher reserves the right to reject publication — author bears full responsibility.
